this is so true, often when missing a morning routine I ask myself why, and the reasons that seemed so important in the morning only end up frustrating me throughout the day as they're never really good enough excuses. It's far better to take the time to focus on your physical, mental and spiritual well being, taking the time to connect with yourself and getting ready for the day.

Yoga is good. I love Yoga.
I have practiced Yoga for six months, it has not only improved my back problems and aching joints, but it also improved the sex lives, stronger sex drive, better erection and orgasm.

I'm sure everyone loves you just the way you are :-) You do need 'you' time though, so make sure you find time for you. The highlight of my week is my 2 yoga sessions, not only because it's a great way to unwind and relax, but because the teacher (you!) is so wonderful. Big hugs xxxx

I definitely think you're a radiator after meeting you and can relate with your words. It's all a learning curve and believe all the people I surround myself with are a positive force in my life and aid my growth :)

i wish that people could make the time for 30 minutes a day to just be on their mat...i think life would be happier and stress levels so much lower. Physical, mental and spiritual benefits can be so amazing for such as small regular practice being maintained

I totally agree, that there is nothing on the tv, that we cannot do without. It is because, it is in everybody's home. Sometimes 2 or 3 sets, that it is the ultimate for advertiserments.

I think after so long, watching tv turns your mind to mush. You lose your natural desires, wants.

You become a sponge, which is what the advertisers want, as you are more susceptable to their ads. Maybe you are up or down in mood. When you multiply that by 60+ million people, their is money to be made.

It is funny how people get into comfort zones. I believe tv plays a big part in this, as it stops people interacting with the real world. It lowers our interactive skillls, which makes us more susceptable to the propagander.

TV portrays that the world is a bad and scary place. But ther is more good than bad.

I suppose tv as a medium, stops people from thinking, it makes people turn inwards, rather than outwards.

From getting to know their neighbours, talking to strangers. Generally expanding their world.

Thanks

i wish we could persuade people that they will learn more of their world by looking inside rather than at a square box :)
